here is a full tank shot of my old 220, miss it a lot , but this tank i am trying to make it focal point of the house and i would love it to be an added piece of art.

thanks aqua , it's good to be back.

the old 220 was gorgeous, but they always get better, every time we rebuild! Good luck, I like the dimensions of that 200!
thanks , that tank came together well , and hopefully this one will too. the 200dd is really an awesome tank , and the way it fits into the dining room worked out nicely

Nice tank, and I love the scape! I have a 150dd that I haven't set up yet so this is giving some ideas. Can't wait to see more.

thanks Gar , i went with a less is more aspect. based it off a 5 to 3 rule. (golden ratio) .now that i am taking look at the photos , i want to make the cove on more of an angle. give it a more natural look.

i am in the final stages of plumbing and buttoning up things on the construction end. i did how ever make a last minute decision to implement a long time imagined idea i have had about noise reduction. so i ran out to the audio store and bought some dyna mat. had to do a little grunt work to get it under the stand, but not so bad. wish i had thought about it when i just had the stand without the tank on it ! lol. oh well , it's done now. here are some shots. going to use it on my plumbing going through the floor as well.

some update shots. tank is filling , man i wish i had a booster pump! lol. plumbing done. i think the idea of wraping the plumbing in dyna mat is going to be awesome cause i poured a bunch of water down the drains to check for leaks and i could not hear a squeak.
