National Fish Pharm suck for anyone else?

I ordered from them forever ago. Only one time did i speak with someone after calling and they had no clue what to do so they were supposed to call me back the next day which never happened. They also showed only charging 50$ but my acccount actually got charged 61$ which is 11$ for shipping a powder?????? really?

so i have called and not gotten anyone to pick up. I have sent emails. no response.
Thinking i should just go to the bank on tuesday and reverse the charge.

Least you could do is pick up or email back and say yea its delayed. Garbage company.
Cant believe they get suggested here.

Still waiting on order. never got a call back. have emailed over 10 times. called over 4 times. I think i should go to me bank to get the charge reversed.
