I have started a new tank a month ago. Migrated fish and corals from a small 180 l one.

Everything is good for now. I am keeping up with water changes, tests etc.

Corals are filling up and I intend to add more fish in September.

The tank is Red Sea XL 525 with three hydra 26 HD. I run Saxby mode and it seems good for now. Will know more in few months :)

Equipment:
2 * Coral Box QP9
2 * Coral Boc QP5 (turned off as there is too much flow and corals are closing)
Red Sea Skimmer 600
Jebao DCP-8000 return pump
Hydra Stream 3
Refugium Tunze led light

I have setup small refugium area with cheato in the sump. Happy to see macro but also green hair algae growing down there and not in the DT :)

Running Rowa active carbon and Rowaphos in the cups. In the cups I also have 1 kg of Seachem Matrix which was transfered from old external filter I was running on the small tank.

Few days ago I have added Maxspect Nano Tech Biosphere to help with the area for bacterial population.

Started the tank with real reef rock which I love the look of it :) and with Red Sea pink live sand.

Salt is Aquaforest Reef Salt but I am transfering to Fauna Marin.

I have prepared Fauna Marin light balling liquids and my doser is waiting for it to be connected :)

Adding Fauna Marin Organic and Min S per schedule - still half of the dose.

The parameters are:

KH - 7.5
Ca - 420
Mg - 1500 - coming from salt. Skyrocketing, I know :-(
Nitrates - 1
PO4 - 0.006
Salinity - 1.024
Ph - 8.3
No ammonia and nitrites.

Here are few pictures of the setup:

And welcome to R2R as well!
