need 6' lighting system for my 150g reef tank

hey guys im new to the site been hearing good things about this site im looking to get a nice light to get my reef system up and running currently running 2 3' t8 bulbs not nearly enough for a reef tank or even just a fishy tank im on a budget so i cant afford the 12 builb unit that runZ for 800 bucks in the store if any1 has 2' 3' or 6' lights they wanna part with plz reply and we could talk

Look into a 5' t5 fixture. I just got an 8 bulb Tek for a song locally used. Takes one row of long bulbs instead of 2 rows of short bulbs like a 6' fixture will. And the long bulbs cost about the same each, so you cut your replacement cost in half. A 60" fixture will work just fine over a 72" tank. Good luck!
