Need a ID please

Think this is suppose to be a red diablo, it is starting to get it's color back but it has bright green starting to come in at it's base. Could anyone ID this coral please. Bad pic but it is the best i could get.

Looks brown to me.
Sometime the base gets green and that's normal.

Yah it's acually turning red again the green is what was throwing me off .
