Need a lil help

Can anyone tell me what the orangeish coral is and why my frogspawn my have retracted like this he has been this way for a few days

Post your tank parms. The orange coral looks like a sun coral polyp that hasn't came out, or possibly a sponge. I cant see it that well.

I agree. It doesnt look like a coral really... tank parameters will help, but seeing the skeleton idk if the frogspawn is still even alive...
