I bought the BRS Sicce utility pump to help with water changes, specifically to pump fresh salt water from the basement holding tank to the DT.

Seems to only have 10’ of head so it’s unusable.

Is there anything I need to know about buying another more powerful pump online? Is the sicce somehow safer?

I’m looking at things like this and wondering if there’s something I’m not considering like types of material or contaminants used

Thx

Could go to Lowe’s or h depot and get a sump pump that hooks to 3/4 garden hose. They will push it up
