It depends, if this was a pre 2015 model that did not originally have a controller, that is the correct one. It has a din plug and plugs into the black end connector box. If you got a model made 2015 or later that came with the 7090 built in and no black box, you need 7090.500, the pumps 5 pin plug will plug into the controller inside.

Looks like it has a small black box, where on one side where the cable goes in, has a small hole that might be for plugging in something. The other side has 5 pin hole.
I wish it had a part #. I may take pics and post, but I don't have cell to take and paste it, so I'll have to take pics with my camera, download it to my desk computer, which is not plugged in as we're changing the room back to the reef room from a office. Then send them to our laptop, that we are using until the desktop is setup again. So it's kinda of a pain in the butt....

There should be a power brick and cable that plugs into the small box, then the large MIDI looking 5 pin connector goes to the controller. It's a strange setup but how I understand it to work.

I just wrote four paragraphs with photo's etc, accidently hit a wrong button and erased everything ! GERRRRR. ;Rage:mad:;Punch !!!

Ok again,

This is the black box that has the 5 pins, and that's all I have. I would like the night sensor so it turns off at night. I could use a timer but it would be nice.

Controller -$48

Night sensor- $30

Is the power cord included with the controller ?

Anything else needed ?
