Hello not sure this is the right place but how can I stop R2R from pushing notifications to my e-mail? Is this possible. I still want to get them on my phone but don't need the redundant copy in my e-mail.

If you use your phone, click on your name at the top of the page and hit preferences ( not alert preferences) you can change the email settings through there
