Need dosing tube holder for 6 lines

Does anyone print out a dosing tube holder that can hold 6 lines? The glass is only about 1/4" thick that I need it to hang off of.

yep just printed one last night This one is designed to fit over standard tank rim up to 3/4" thick but I can easily make it narrower for thinner tank wall
