need forum help on mas forum

I'm looking for someone to help me set up our forum on our website so that it doesn't get hijacked again. Anyone with any experience and is willing to give me a hand, please let me know.

We had someone that took it over this past week and would like to learn what to do to keep them from doing it again.We use it for feedback mostly but this guy deleated all my stuff and started selling his meds from my forum.
