Exotic Marine Systems makes a dope looking kit for a standard 29 gallon. It has an area to silience your overflow lines, a spot for a couple filter socks, and then you can move the next chamber to whatever size you need to accomodate your size skimmer/fuge...pretty sure it has an adjustable baffle too for skimmer water heights and a media chamber before it hits the return section. Out on the tubez they have some install videos.

Check out ebay too, there are a few good quality baffle kits out there.

EM stuff is top notch though. Can't go wrong with em.
