Need help dosing

I have a 180 gallon mixed reef tank and its been a while since I check cal, alk, and mag. Well today i tested and was surprised how low the parameters were and need help getting them up. My alk is at 7dkh, cal is at 425, and mag is at 1260. I have a jebao doser and need help with the safest way to get everything up to par.

What levels do you want to target?

IMO, those levels are fine. :)

What is the salinity?

+1, I ran a predominantly SPS 180 mixed reef for many years at those levels.
