Need help. Frogspawn not opening.

Hi All,

My frogspawn has been doing well for the past 3 weeks

and then all of a sudden started closing. The other 3 heads seems to be doing well. I haven't move the coral and changed anything to stress it out. Any advice will be appreciated.

Water parameters would help. Larger pic of the tank.

That one head is dead for sure.
