Need Help. how to remove sexy shrimp

Does anyone know of any methods to safely remove sexy shrimp out of a tank? Recently i had my new small BTA get eaten up over a course of 4 days by new sexy shrimp to the point it killed the BTA.. i want to remove them to a tank so they dont kill my next BTA.

Trap always work. Can be as simple as small soda bottle.
