No it's a wrasse. I think it's a blue head wrasse

Thalassoma Amblycephalum AKA Atlantic Blue-Head Wrasse. It could take out a Dartfish / Firefish. Pretty fish.

^ these guys are aggressive for wrasses and they are also highly active. If you don’t have a 4’+ tank then I recommend rehoming it as they can grow rather fast and large.

Yeah pretty fish though but definitely need suitable tankmates, nothing very small and / or timid. xD
