I have done some digging and but can’t seem to identify what this is and if it is harmful to my tank inhabitants. Grows on glass, live rock, and shells and seems to move/ grow by the day. Any thoughts?

Does it become tubular? Have you checked to see if anything spews from it after lights out with a red light? If it gets tubular it could be spaghetti worms.
