Need help identifying possible torch issue

I cant figure out what this is. I recently got these in from SBB corals. I can't tell if this is the flesh of the torch riding up the skeleton or something else I should be worried about. I did dip all of them. It kind of flops around with the water movement.

the torch flesh band is receding as evidenced by the exposed white skeleton formally covered by tissue. It’s injured or in non-optional placement / conditions
