Can someone be kind enough to help me identify this fish?

Female bird wrasse ( Gomphosus varius ). I've never kept one personally but when I worked at the LFS they seemed to have the same temperament as other larger, non reef safe wrasses.

^Agreed. Female Bird wrasse. They supposedly eat a lot (and will go after hermit crabs).
