Hi, just came home from a week away to find that my probe sensor is not working.

I tried to enter myGHL to see if I could pinpoint when this started but the GHL screen is blank!

Help would be very much appreciated as I do not know what temp is my tank currently at!

What does GCC show? Can you reseat your Probe, and verify that there isn't a cable issue?

Check your cables and that the BNC is tight connected. In GCC go up to the meny line - click view. Check mark the expert mode. Save. You will have some other options after this. But, IMO, 0 in GCC and #### in the display indicate either a bad probe or connecting problems. Has it work before?

Sincerely Lasse

It has worked flawlessly for the past 6142h [emoji4]. It was working perfectly fine when I left last Sunday and today when I got home it was like this. No one touched it while I was gone so likely the probe died... [emoji52]

I need to find out what is the warranty on these as I believe it has not been a year since I bought the kit. (I had it a couple of months before I set it up so the hours working does not correspond to the time I bought it [emoji4])
