Need help with LPS

The rock is held by fiberglass rod and a paving stone at the base of it

Pavestones are made from high silicate sand and it has a color pigment in it that will leach out over time.
Remove the paver an replace it with a base LR.
Oh how I know about pavestone............... I'm 35 years in the pavestone industry.

I will work on that and see what I can do about getting them out might have to start all over if I do that not sure ho easy it will be to get the rock off the rod

Pulled all the stones out and must say that my water is much clearer and some of the LPS is already starting to open up much more then before.
