Does anyone know where I can get ahold of the latest firmware for RKL? I know they went out of business, but you'd think that they would at least have their last version posted somewhere. Does anyone have info? Im also looking for the various modules, power strips and the cables.

I will see what version I have when I get home. Is there any other firmware that you need?

I'm not sure if anybody has compiled a list of the most recent firmware for all the modules. The MyReef software appears to contain some firmware but there were updates to some modules after it was released. My RKL shows the last update for that head unit as 2.08 which, I believe, is in the MyReef software. @n2585722 can probably shed more light on the subject. Maybe we can find the most recent hex files and start storing them somewhere for download, maybe with the MyReef software? @Crabs Mcjones
Modules and whole units are sometimes for sale in the selling forum and on auction sites but I don't know any retail sellers who still have new stock. There is also a thread on here for replacement parts that are being tried out.
The cables are just straight pass through 6 wire data cables with RJ12 connectors (6P6C).

The latest firmware I have for the RKL is 2.08. The firmware on the modules and head units did not change much in the last couple of years. Most of the resources were working on the Archon during this time frame.

Are you having a problem that needs an update? If allmis workingxdomt worry about updates imo. Im lucky in that I got my current RKL and did all the updates right before DA shut down. Sadly I also bought a temp probe that is faulty and I cant get it replaced.

n2585722,
Awesome of you to start this thread. It is a lifesaver after DA closed up shop and even took down their website. Do you have the latest BIN and HEX files for the NET module and RKL? The latest I for the RKL is RKL-1-0208.hex for the RKL firmware and the latest I have is NET-1-0209.hex for the NET firmware and NET-1-0212.bin for the web page file. The NET both have publish dates of way back in 2011 and i haven't had to update in a long time thankfully. However the NET webpage isn't recognizing the PB4 module and I think this is because of possibly out of date firmware and web page.

I notice you also said you were a Team DA member, do you think the DA owners would welcome a gofundme operation to pay for the hosting costs to get the support forums back online?

2.08 for RKL, 2.09 hex and 2.12 bin file for NET is the highest ones I have. The bin file has to be updated through the web pages on the net module. myReef will not update that file.

I don't know any of the people left at Dynon. The ones I knew left when Dynon decided to stop selling the Digital Aquatics brand stuff.

I have the Myreef 2.0 and version 2.09
