Need Help With RKL and Ph Probe

I am sick of dosing and finally got a calcium reactor. I purchased the SL2 module with a ph probe. The problem I am having is that the PH probe will not calibrate. You go into calibration mode and put it in the 7.0 calibration fluid and in the 10.0 fluid and the numbers do not move. Is it a bad PH probe? The RKL is reading that there is a probe but I am not getting a reading. The RKL is just showing 7.00.... I looked all over the web and can not find anything on it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you are calibrating it shows 7 but do the numbers on the right hand side of the display change? The numbers on the right are the value the RKL sees from the probe. The left value is the ph of the solution you are using.
Do the 7 first, wait for the number to the right to settle, hit enter, rinse probe in RO water them put in 10 solution.
Change numbers on left to say 10 hit enter and it should be good to go.
