Likely the closest club to you is CMAS, the Chesapeake Marine Aquaria Society, and while they have a website, they seem to be most active on Facebook. WAMAS is a bit south of you, but definitely has some members up 95 a little from the beltway, so if you're looking for someone to help service the tank or a shop/business who does a good job with it, they can probably assist.

I'm a little far south to know your local area well.
