Do you have any powerheads in your tank pointed at the surface to provide enough oxygen exchange? Do you notice any signs of disease, like heavy breathing, not feeding, swimming against the current, etc.?

You can record a 30s video of the remaining fish under white bright lights and post it to our fish disease forum for the medics to take a look.
I have 2 jebao sow8 at top and 2 nano circulating from back n bottom yes I noticed them scratching and hanging near wave makers but the 2 tangs also stress fast n bad fox face n hippo swimming great eating very good good breathing
