Dino's Issue help!

I for sure have Dino's and its on the glass. I tried 3 day blackout that helped but back now again. I tried Green Killing machine 24W UV light don't seem to do anything. I tried siphoning them in a 1 micron sock it helps but then back in a couple days. My
NO3 is 9
Phosphates 0.05

What else will defeat them?

time, how old is your tank ? All new tanks go through this
