Ok I need help from the brain trust to identify my pests. I've looked at the online documents but I'm not sure.

We have been operating as if these are ostreopsis but obviously need to be sure.

I know dino’s are treated in some complex ways so take what i say as per my experience. I’m no scientist. The few times I’ve dealt with dinos (mostly in friends tanks) is due to having too sterile of a tank. First thing I do is make sure I increase the variety of microfauna and stop water changes and 90% of the time it’s resolved within a month.
