Need opinions

bought this fowleri tang as a Large 4.5-6.5" and contacted ahead to get a size estimate. Was told he was under 5". I'll post The pics and just looking for opinions on the matter. $250 fish so keep that in mind. Pics are dark but size is pretty plain to see. Thanks in advance.

Yes, vendor was correct, under 5".
