Calcium 400
Po4 0.
Alk 8.4
Ph 8.2

A 25% water change is a healthy amount…not a bad amount but decent size volume. Could be a short lived bacterial bloom. If so, I would not worry too much about it. If you are concerned about livestock and depending on what you have, you could ensure you are aerating the water either at the surface with agitation or airstone. If you have a skimmer, that will also do it as well as depleting the bacteria…if that is in fact the culprit.

Zero phosphate and very low nitrate is dangerous to the corals and beneficial algae that can help to outcompete bacterial/algae blooms. You should definitely get those up, and fast- lack of phosphate can kill corals quick once they get too stressed.

Fix the nutrients, add extra aeration just in case, and the problem should resolve itself.

Honestly, bottomed out nitrates aren't as bad as people may think, but I would raise them to around 5-10.
You'll want to watch your phosphates closely when raising nitrate as it may cause it to be consumed more rapidly.
What do you recommend doing to raise them

Sounds more like it. With canisters, you will have to do frequent maintenance as you will experience high nitrate and phosphate at times. Issue is you have mechanical filtration but lack chemical and biological.
mechanical as with yours traps solid waste like a skimmer does.
Chemical filtration traps and removes chemical compounds as carbon does but with higher efficiency and biological filtration utilizes the natural process of use of nitrifying bacteria with use of bio blocks, ceramic beads and such
Do you have pics of tank under white lighting ?

Keep white light intensity down a little for the algae and add a pouch of chemiPure blue or elite to canister- Should last up to 3 months and reduce phos and sone no3.
Add a few snails such as:
Turbo grazer
astrea
cerith
nerite

8-10 carribean blue leg hermits which are tiny
