Need Some Help With Noopsyche K7 V3 Error

Ok so a few days ago my Noopsyche K7 V3 light stopped turning on automatically and going through the daily settings I've had it set on for a while now. I'm not sure exactly why this is and I need help figuring out what's wrong and how to fix it. Possibly the controller fell but I'm not sure. On the controller it's showing an error message and I'm not sure what it means (pic below). Any help is greatly appreciated!

Try factory reset in remote or holding down button for 10 seconds

I've been trying to figure out how to reset the remote but not sure how...I'll check out YouTube for videos

Please make sure that the time points is 1-8 correspond to 00:00 to 23:50

SL is (SPS/LPS mixed mode), your problem is that 1 to 8 sets of time are set incorrectly, 1 to 8 sets of time need to be in order from 0:00 to 24:00. Please check carefully.
Or you can do a factory reset,
