My girl had a name for it but I forgot but she say that their is a special filter to take it out but it been so long sense she did this she forgot what I need can u all help me

Looks like diatom algae to me. What is your phosphate level, how much are you feeding, water change schedule, how long has the tank been up(I do see some coralline algae so not super new)?

Without adding new rock and causing a "mini cycle" u usually see diatoms when phytoplankton supplements are overused, or sand bed has been disturbed.. You can use a diatom filter or a Magnum 350 canister with the micron water polisher attached, but that will only help remove diatoms not solve why they are there in an established system!
