Is there a way to contact them through this forum?
I've been trying to get hold of them and no one has replied to me in 2 months.
My skimmer failed and need replacement.
I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post this.

How are you contacting them? I sent them a service ticket today and heard back within an hour.
 
I went to their website and filled out the contact form

Am i suppose to contact coralvue?

Mine is about 10 months old and I have the regal 300sss int skimmer.
