Need wiring help for float switch/delay relay

Hello, I printed a fleece filter roller and need help with the wiring/programming the delay relay.
This is where I'm at now

Tried it on P-4 and it activates as soon as the float switch is triggered and counts down. But the voltage stepdown doesn't turn on and no power goes to the motor. There were no instructions or diagrams included and can't seem to find what I'm looking for online.

Got it working. I tied the main power to the no and voltage reducer point of sale. Com to voltage neg and neg to NC. It works as it should now. Need to clean up the wiring but for now it's functional
