My haddoni carpet anemone decided to go exploring and got caught in one of my gyres. He's looking a little rough, I think some of his flesh is torn. He's doing the thing where he's looking "bald", not very good polyp cover.

What should I do? I do have some cipro...

nems are rather resilient and can regrow their limbs. my CSB nem wandered into my nero 3 powerhead and cut about 4-7 of its tips. i put it back in its little cup and healed within the week.

stable water param's are key, but it depend son the severity of the damage.

It should be fine, without any medication/antibiotics, assuming it's an established anemone (you've had it for over a month) and there aren't any fish that will pick on the injured portion.
