Yup! the possibilities are endless, float switch holders, probe holders, dosing tube holders..... and mine hold on 3/4" thick!

Various sources. I've been collecting nems for over 10 years. I used to heavily propagate them.

No, these boxes can be used for several purposes. I keep nems in them so they won't go around stinging my corals. but I also use them for propagation purposes. some people use them as acclimation boxes, time out boxes, small fuges, etc.

Ive been trying to figure ways to keep nems from roaming, can they cross sand? I thought of trying to make a rock island seperated by sand and letting that be my nem prison away from my corals, would that work?

Even worse, then can detach and float around your tank and go wherever they want.
