My tank is a 80 gallon tank I am dosing 15ml of neo nitro and its brings my nitrate to .05 ppm (testing 30 min after dosing with hanna nitrate hr) i tested 24 hr later and its 0 ppm do i keep uping the dose until it stays at a consistent number?

First I will say. . . corals look to be doing great with your current system!!! haha

But if you are shooting for higher nutrient levels, sure you could keep upping the dose until you find the sweet spot where input is matching your export. . . though I would probably shoot for dosing multiple times a day rather than increasing a single dose.

That said, could also reduce nutrient export, i.e. change mechanical filtration (filter socks) less often, dryer skimmate, less hours of refugium light. . . obviously this depends on what kind of filtration you are currently running.
