Neptune apex 2016 wifi blinking status light

Having this issue where the status light on the EB832 is blinking rapidly and is orange. According to the menuel its bootloader mode. Can anybody help?

I would try the obvious things first - disconnect everything and reconnect, reboot the brain with a paper clip.
If the EB832 firmware is corrupt, there is a way to update/repair it, but it requires powering the brain with a separate power supply or another EB.
Best thing here is to put in a ticket with Neptune support and have them walk you through it.

Ended up calling Neptune and doing the update still no power to anything. Will be sending it in.
