Acro killer.....
So I had a impeller on one of my WAV pumps swell on me. I contacted them via their ticket service and we went back and forth a bit about the issue. I explained to them that while these pumps have only been in use for about a year but they are in fact a few years old. They were won in the raffle at the DC Macna show in 2012. They sat in the box until I installed them.
The requested that I send in the pump assembly for inspection, he did say that he could not promise that it would be covered under warranty but he would try his best. After a week in their possession they emailed me back stating that they will make the repairs under warranty for me!
That is fantastic support if you ask me, I wasn't expecting it to be covered due to the actual age but they still took care of me.
