So i bought an energy bar 4 new. Out of the box it wasnt working, there was no power to it. I called Neptune's customer support and the guy had me setup my laptop so he could use it to look at the software to see whats wrong eb4. After a while he said they'll have to send me a new one. Fine all good.

Then i find out they want a 50usd (70cad) hold for protection that if I dont return the defective item they'llkeep it. 70 canadian? I only paid 155 candian for this...? Okay fine. So i go to pay it and find out they only accept credit cards...? I dont have a credit card so Im stuck there. Oh but apparently i can get a prepaid credit card....? Why would i want to spend for a prepaid card? Thats rediculous. No paypal?

Oh but it keeps going. I find out that if I dont want to give a deposit, then ill have to pay to ship the eb4 back to them...? What? So I bought this new eb4 that didn't work out of the box, and im dealing with paying shipping costs, buying a prepaid credit card, having to setup my laptop so he could examine it, and worst of all it says they'll send me a Refurbished unit! What? I want a new item, i paid for a new item and they'll send me a brand new used fixed one. Oh and to top it off, if they find any misuse to the product they'll keep my deposit. Im sure they could have excluded that considering this is a new in the box item. This is not correct they have the reciepts and everything needed to see that. I expect now that BRS is part of Neptune customer service it must become top notch. Not like this trash customer service from Neptune. Shame on you Neptune.
