So my Apex crashed a few weeks back. I kept getting a B Fail notification. I cleaned and did everything I could, even worked with customer support. I was also getting readings of ph at 8.3 but the alarm kept going off saying it was low (it wasn't). The system is less than a year old. Neptune finally determined they were going to send me a new unit. So, I am waiting and waiting and waiting for an update. I finally called Neptune last week and was told this, "We are out of stock and just got inventory to start building new systems. As soon as one is built, we will inform you regarding shipping". Seriously???!!! For the amount of money they charge for these things, I'm beginning to think they are not all that great.
