Hello all. I am planning out a purchase of a Neptune Apex today with the Leak detection kit (FMM included) and two optical sensors and am wondering what you guys can come up with as the ultimate ATO in terms of safety but also thinking I'd like automatic water change capabilities, perhaps before too long.
I am thinking I could buy the Apex as described and set the Tunze with the Apex bounding above and below the Osmolator. That way the Apex's upper sensor would let me know the Tunze had failed and prevent an overfill and turn off the solenoid to the RODI, but also use the Apex's lower sensor to prevent my COR pump from running dry. With this redundant setup for my ATO, how could I also implement an autowater changer?
