Long story short, I had to factory reset my Neptune Apex. I was hoping this would resolve the situation, but it didn't. My dashboard seems normal, except it is not registering any of my probes, or my trident so I don't have the essentials that the apex should be able to provide. I have researched about "enabling" them, but they are not listed in the area that I have seen listed online. I have also unconnected and reconnected all probes while resetting the apex with no luck as well. I thought that they may be bad, but what are the chances of all 4 probes and the trident failing at the same time. Does anyone have any tips/tricks to try?

Chances are slim they all went capoot lol… have you went to the clip board and manually re-installed the trident etc?

Talked to Neptune, and they said both my power wall and apex are shot. So now to decide if I want to try something else or bite the bullet and buy another complete system. I do have 2 dos pumps and the trident. But I’ve heard good things about the GHL.

IF YOU HAD TO OPERATE EVERYTHING ELSE MANUALLY, WHICH AUTOMATED SYSTEM WOULD YOU KEEP?
