Neptune apex programming (Help please)

Hello...

I need my Apex do a few more things.

I need to have my Apex turn off the skimmer and UV Sterilizer light at a specific time and turn them back on at a specific time. (Daily)

I need my Apex to turn my magnetic stirrer on at a specific time and turn it off 3 minutes later. (Daily)

I need my Apex to turn my skimmer off if the Ph goes above 8.5 and turn it back on once Ph drops below 8.5 but keep it running otherwise.

The reason I need these programs...
I will be dosing bacteria Daily at a specific time. The bacteria need to be shaken (stirred) before dosing. I have a magnetic stirrer for that job. Stirrer is plugged into the Apex.

I need the skimmer and UV Sterilizer light to be off for a few hours when I dose the bacteria. Need them to come back on in 4 hours.

I have a Co2 scrubber hooked up to my skimmer. If the Ph rises too high, I want my skimmer to shut down until Ph is at safe level. I have my neptune Ph probe hooked up to the Apex.

How do I get these things done?

I have the magnetic stirrer programmed to turn on at 4:58pm and off at 5pm
Is this right?

I have my UV Sterilizer light set to be on all the time but to be turned off at 5pm and back on at 9pm
Is this right?

I have my skimmer programmed to do a few things. It turns off when return pump is off. It turns off when "Dinner" is on. It's deferred by 2 minutes.
New programming has it set to turn off at 5pm and back on at 9pm.
I "think" I have it set to turn off if Ph goes above 8.5
Is this right?

I believe I've got everything right but I'm not sure about the skimmer turning off if Ph goes above 8.5
Is that set via skimmer configuration or Ph probe configuration?

Since I got no answers, I experimented.
I had a Ph of 7.87 so I changed the value in the programming to shut the skimmer down if Ph goes above 7.86
As soon as I sent the command to the Apex, my skimmer shut down. I changed the value again to shut the skimmer down if Ph goes above 8.0
As soon as I sent the command to the Apex, my skimmer came on.

I believe I've got all the programming done correctly.
