I recently replaced an ecotech M1 with the neptune COR 15. I am using the 1-link port coming off of my neptune DOS. Everything seems to work good until the DOS comes on which reboots the COR. I am assuming it is a power issue but not 100% certain. Anyone have this issue? So far I am not a fan due to this issue. I almost forgot to add that I did update the firmware on the COR 15.

Anything else on the 24 volt ports? I’d open a ticket with Neptune. They are really responsive and they can tell you exactly what is going on.

Thank you sir. I will do that. The only thing I am using on the 24V is dimming and color spectrum control for some kessil's

I meant the one link ports built into the eb832.
I know the cor takes quite a bit of power. For example you cannot run two WAV pumps and a cor off the eb832. You can however run two WAV pumps and a DOS.

I’ve seen my apex reboot when I’ve put too much strain (power wise) on it. Moving my biggest energy users to outlet four and eight fixed it. Those are the ones rated for high amperage. Not sure if that’s related to your issue but in case it is, figured I’d mention it.

The COR 15 in not supported to be connected to the 1LINK port on the DOS.

The power supply for the DOS is not large enough for the DOS plus additional items and that is not what the 1LINK port on a DOS was intended for. It was intended to eliminate a power supply and Aquabus cable so that you have one cable to use as communication and power to the DOS.

You will need to connect the COR-15 to with a 1LINK port on an EB832 or a 1LINK module.

Ugh, I totally missed that you were using the 1 link port on the Dos. Yeah, as jonmos75 said, it doesn’t work that way.

Agreed - connect it to the energy bar. I have a pair of Cor 15's and never have any issues with them configured this way.

In fact, I never even thought about moving the connection link - just assumed that is where it had to be...
