So I found one of my Dos heads has failed (completely seized) and the other is on the fritz every now and then. I went to order replacement heads and they seem to be out of stock just about everywhere I can think of (and one site that has it in 50/50 on items actually being in stock). Does anyone have a line on new heads?

Also my “test” button on one side seems to be on the fritz also. Is there a fix for this or should I contact Neptune? I know it’s not under warranty so there’s that.

So I was able to find two new heads locally. That solved the issue for both. The “prime” button is still a bit finicky but replacing the head it works more than it didn’t so there’s that. Hopefully I’m good for a while now. Interesting the old heads (which came with it when I bought it used) had a ton of grease all over the insides. The new one only has a little bit of grease on the moving parts. Wondering if that cause the issue

I’ve replaced the peri tubing on mine a couple of times. I did buy a replacement set of the roller heads but haven’t had to use them yet. Orange covers ought to last a long time.
