Neptune Dos question

Just got my Dos set up for automatic water changes, and I don't think I have something set up right. It looks like things aren't equal, but I copied the programming over following the setup guide. Any insight?

Mine often shows a discrepancy when I first start it, such as when I have it turned off to mix new water, but matches after the first day.

Ok. Good to know. I noticed my osw line had no water in it. Is that normal? Or do I need to re-prime it and figure out why it had air in the line?
