Why my Neptune dos shows no power , but it works when I press manual button or on app

It might have an update that needs downloaded. I just had an update the other day and that is what it did. Check 1 of your 19 messages, lol
 
If updating doesn't work, you can always try and restart it!

Did you have a power adapter plugged into it?
