I have a Neptune DOS I bought from a member on this site one month ago. The DOS was new in the box when I bought it. It had one of the earlier serial numbers that needed updated rollers. Neptune Systems sent me the updated rollers (installed) and it also has the latest firmware, so all is well. It has worked flawless for me for the one month of use. I used this to dose alk and calcium at 8ml per day so hardly any run time at all.
