Recently, my display stop working, the display was black. Also had a crack display as well, however the crack was prior and it worked fine with a cracked display. The black display was due to broken wired, chewed by my daughter's cat. I wasn't happy!
Anyhow, immediately contacted Neptune spoke to Jon, and explain my issue about the wired. He said the cost would be $35 If it was just the wired. Jon was very helpful I then filled a service ticket, received a RMA number with a link to pay the $35 I shipped the apex display to Neptune. In less then a week I received my display repaired. The wired was replaced new and surprising they also replaced the crack lens on the casing at no additional cost.
