Gotta give nice chap called Carlos Urena in support team at Neptune systems a big thumbs up, my display went an stopped working, but with backlight still working, put a ticket in Tuesday an this evening 1730 UK time 0930 cali time they called, took control remotely and sorted disply out took 30 mins
